Psalm 10:1 King James Version (KJV)
10 Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?
Psalms 10:1
BBE 1 Why do you keep far away, O Lord? why are you not to be seen in times of trouble?
These are my thoughts.
Sometimes we may feel that God is not there for us this does not mean He is gone though.

Psalm 10:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.
Psalms 10:3
BBE 3 For the evil-doer is lifted up because of the purpose of his heart, and he whose mind is fixed on wealth is turned away from the Lord, saying evil against him.
These are my thoughts.
The people of the world are so focused on their own success that they often times credit themselves and seen no need for the Lord.
