What does the Bible say about what is going on in Israel? - Podcast Episode 9
Is what is happening in Israel a sign of the end times? What does the Bible say about Israel in the end times? Why do most Christians strongly support the nation of Israel? Should Christians support Israel? Does supporting Israel mean agreeing with everything they do?

This is one heck of a topic, First I Do Not Support Israel, and am very much opposed to the USA & UK selling arms and explosives to Israel that they use to Blow up Hospitals & Schools, killing women & Children. I very much support the Palestine Cause, Hezbollah and Hamas. But Much of all this trouble was created by Britain ! As I hope the Documentary below will Explain.

Will indeed with the documentary when I can. I think you might find this interesting my friend.
God’s eternal purpose is to bless the world through Israel. Already He has done so in measure, for "salvation is from the Jews" (John 4:22), but the fullness of future blessing is indicated in the wondrous promise of Isaiah 27:6: "In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill all the world with fruit."
The declaration that "salvation is from the Jews” suggests our immeasurable debt to Israel. All that we have worth having has come to us through the Jews. Our Bible is a Jewish Book, and our Savior is a Jewish Savior. Let us never forget to pray for God’s chosen people. It is true that Israel, today, is in the place of rejection. The nation is a secular, unbelieving (as to the claims of Scripture and their Messiah, Jesus Christ) nation; but "…at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace" (Romans 11:5). Some Jews are being saved and are becoming members of the body of Christ through faith in their Messiah.
Jews are, biblically speaking, the "chosen people of God" and dearly loved by Him. Another reason for Christians to support the nation of Israel is because of the Abrahamic Covenant. We read of God’s promise in Genesis 12:2-3, "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you" (see also Genesis 27:29; Numbers 24:9).
One of the United States’ most worthwhile accomplishments has been its consistent regard for the plight of the Jewish nation. No nation in the history of the world has a better record of treating individual Jews with respect than does America. The same can be said for our befriending Israel as a nation. America has committed many sins for which we may well deserve judgment, but as a nation, we have been a consistent friend of the Jews and the nation of Israel, as well as a benefactor. In 1948, President Harry Truman helped persuade the United Nations to recognize Israel as a nation. Since then, the United States has contributed billions of dollars in aid to Israel.
Christians should definitely support the nation of Israel. We must remember that Israel, the nation, is very special to God. We read in Deuteronomy 7:6-8 these words: "For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession. The LORD did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because the LORD loved you and kept the oath he swore to your forefathers that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt."
From the biblical declarations of God’s love and care for His chosen people, the nation of Israel, and from the history of nations being destroyed because of their evil dealings with God’s chosen people, the Jews, Christian believers should give support to the chosen people of God. This is not to say that we necessarily support the methods they use in their relationships with the Arab nations. The Bible warned that conflict would always characterize the relations between the descendants of Isaac and Ishmael. Sadly, this conflict will continue until Jesus comes back to judge the nations and sets up His 1,000-year reign of peace on earth. We must look at the "big picture” with a biblical worldview. While we do not have to support everything Israel does as a nation, we most definitely should support Israel’s right to exist. God will fulfill His promises and covenants with Israel. God still has a plan for Israel. Woe to anyone who seeks to defeat that plan; “whoever curses you I will curse” (Genesis 12:3).

Thank you very much for your reply; What we have here is a direct difference of views, Its NOT a conflict I think we are far to Christian for that: But as I see it there are two camps on this question, The Christian View (More later) and the World View; For the World view there is no shortage of reports on todays "Real" Israel; Israel is a terrorist state; Feature by UN Human Rights Council | 1 April, 2019 www.peacenews.info/node/9330/israel-terrorist-stateIs Israel a Terrorist State?patrickcarpen.com/our-world/the-israeli-gazan-2014-war/is-israel-a-terrorist-state/Israel as a Terrorist Statewww.serendipity.li/zionism/israel_terr.htmThere are thousands of more links, Just do a google search, You will get the Idea.Oh yes, But you say The Bible tells us that Israel is Gods chosen People; This is the point where I get confused, Surly God would not commit Genocide on the People living in the Lands we now call Israel ? I plan to view a lot more study and investigation into this; Any other forum Members got any input on this; Perhaps it would be an idea to try to Separate Israel the Christians & Israel the State ? This is an ongoing Open question.

We are in the time of Apocalypse. What matters now is what God thinks, not what men think. In other words, what matters is not to think from men's perspective, but from God's perspective.
Perhaps my entry in this topic was not a fluke or by chance. The revelations that the Most High and Almighty God has given me in these last times are focused on both the Gentile nations as well as the nation of Israel. And there is no good news for the satanic system adopted and used by the rulers on both sides, this is because the time for God to destroy them all has arrived-Revelation 11:v.2-3 and 6 and 18 among many other references.
Gentile Nations The wrath of God is mainly being poured out on all Gentile nations, the plagues and the severe and heavy punishments are just beginning, and they will be greatly aggravated from now on, in fact even Israel is being hit as well. In fact, we have to understand that now the punishments against all nations will no longer have an end, the ETERNAL punishment has already begun, it will really never end, as announced from the beginning by JESUS, and by the Apostles and disciples in these two millennia that have passed .
NATION OF ISRAEL
Israel was severely punished from the year 70AD to 1948, there were 1878 years of severe punishment in fulfillment of the warnings made by Moses to the nation according to Deuteronomy 28:v.15 to 68; 53 verses of extreme punishments, but the worst will come now at the end of the world -Matthew 24:v.15 to 25; 2 Thes.2:v.3-4&6&9-12, among others, including Deuteronomy 28:v.15-68-, that is, end of the present world of the Devil as a whole, the same that he had offered to JESUS in temptation. We remember that JESUS told Pilate in a crystal clear way: John 18:v.36 - My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. By the way, the current nation of Israel is the Israel of Barabbas, not of GOD - JESUS -, the Messiah, the Word made flesh.
Paul Apostle preached for the Jews, saying: Acts 13:v.46-48: 46 - ... It was necessary that the Word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. 47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. 48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.
And now what will happen in / with the rebel nation of Israel in very near future? GOD will send strong delusion, as prophesied Amos:4:v.11-12: 11 I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the Lord. 12 Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.
Yeah, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel, in very near future.
God shall send strong delusion, that Israel should believe a lie: That they all might be DAMNED who believed not the truth (believed not in JESUS), but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, Who will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God will sit in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 2Thessalonians 2:v.4 and 9-12
1 John 5:v.7 - There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit and these three are One.
2 Peter 3:v.7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of Judgment and perdition of ungodly.
THE WORD IS GOD, yeah, the Word is GOD. Great mystery.
One thing is for sure, you can write: There will be two strong, and powerful, and extremely satanic two Beasts ruling the world through a MONSTROUS religious system with 7 heads, and 10 horns, and a terrible TAIL, but I do not go to say here what each of these horrend figures represent spiritually speaking.
As is written, "Woe to the inhabiters of the earth (earth here is Israel, the clay, the dry land) and of the sea (sea is the Gentile peoples, and nations, and multitudes of all tongues)! for the Devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Revelation 12:v.12
