The Most Important Reality
Usually in the United States of America before Covid-19 the majority of Christendom would be in preparation of the celebration of the commemoration of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Instead:
Crime
Inflation
Illegal Immigration
Impending War
Socialism
Economic Survival
And many other threats to every day living are superseding a most Holy celebration. The fact that Jesus Christ was a verifiable historic figure is paramount and that his crucifixion is chronically attested to by contemporary historical figures which validate his existence and the biblical testimony of his trial before Pontus Pilate.
The point: Salvation is obtained through Jesus Christ because he lived a sinless life and was our vicarious sacrifice for our sins! We celebrate this because of the eternal life which we can now possess because of what he willfully done on our behalf when we believe, repent, and confess!
Rom 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation
Rom 10:11 Because the scripture says, "Everyone who believes in Him shall not be ashamed."
Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between Jew and Greek, because the same Lord of all is rich toward all who call upon Him.
Rom 10:13 For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
What will you do?
Act 4:12 And there is no salvation in any other, for neither is there another name under heaven which has been given among men, by which we must be saved."
Jesus is the only one who can save us from our sin!
Joh 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.
