Wonders of His Love
The ground for a time was covered with the pure looking white of a thin layer of snow. A constant falling of snowflakes adding to the wonderment of it as the winds prevailed blowing much of them diagonally as it covered branches of leafless trees. These are wonders of his love. When the sun breaks over the horizon and the beams of light shoot out in all directions bringing cheer from the gloominess of gray skies when winter is giving way to spring’s fresh new life; these are the wonders of his love. I can see two turtledoves nettled together cooing in their love; as the songbirds chirp out their melodious tunes filling tree branches far above. A doe with her fawn traipse in front of the tree line pausing to munch on foliage; these are the wonders of his love. Leaves rustle across the ground producing such a calming sound as the wind does gently blow. Clouds float by on a blue clad sky and steadily flow by sun lite glow; these are the wonders of his love. In silence now I with head now bow to meditate on the Creator’s love for me; with the voice inside I praise Him for the wonders of his love. Touch me now and lift me up that I might grow and that I might know the majesty of heaven above. Thank you Lord for choosing me; you’ve set me free with liberty to worship you in Spirit and Truth; and to know intimately the wonders of your abiding love. One of your Sons, D. Ray Ritchie
