VALUE AS GOD SEE'S IT...
Should we value ourselves as the world see’s us or as GOD see’s us, well the world see’s us as a number, as a statistic, the world puts us in categories, in separate groups, in clicks to keep us from thinking outside the box, to keep us from thinking that we have self worth, Value, in this world and to and for one another, Well that is totally opposite with GOD, You see, GOD hold’s his creation in very high standard, because in the garden, GOD created man (US) in his own image, that right there alone should make you jump and leap for joy, because we are created after the creator of the universe, He (GOD) also calls us son’s and daughters, kings and priests, He’s also put us in charge of every living thing on the earth, he even valued and loved us so much that he sent one and only son to die for us and our sins, so we have a way back to our loving father again; So now when I see that so many people in the world today that have lost there value and self worth in themselves because of hard times, and I do know that things are tough out here with lack of funds, lack of jobs, and losing many things that we worked all our lives for, but we must not give up hope, because no matter what hard times we go threw, and no matter what life throws at us, we must not keep our eyes focused on our circumstances, but we must keep our eyes focused on the one who has the answers to our circumstances, and the one who values and loves us…
What does the Bible say about our worth? Rom. 5:8 says that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Ps. 139:13 says that God created our inmost being and knit us together in the womb of our mother. v. 14 says that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Remember the scripture regarding David where it says that man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart?
It's obvious that God's view of value and self worth is so different from this world's. It is so easy to fall into the snare of the world’s version. We must be careful to guard our hearts, for it is the wellspring of life. Prov. 4:23
Heavenly FATHER, I pray and thank you so much for creating us and always being there as our loving father, I also pray FATHER that during these dark economic times I pray that you will draw us closer to yourself, and you show us that we do have value and self worth in you and thru you, I also pray that you will use us during these times to shed light in the dark places, and allow us to be your hands, feet and voice of truth, so we can help lead your children threw and out into the light, your true light, I also pray that you will touch the hearts of those many hearts that are lost in the sins of the world and bring them into the light of your salvation, Heavenly FATHER, we give you all praise, Honor and Glory, I pray this in the name of your SON JESUS,, AMEN and AMEN…
