Quicksand is Camouflaged
(22) For false messiahs and false prophets will appear, and will produce signs and wonders in order to mislead, if possible, the elect.
(23) But you, watch out! I have told you everything ahead of time! Mark 13:22-23 LEB
It doesn’t take a Jim Jones to lead people to a false hope, a false faith, and a real hell, it just takes a willingness to follow people who supercede the authority of the bible to have your faith vested in them. Beware of who and what you follow, if Jesus is not the Author and Finisher of your faith, you’re already in the quicksand of apostasy. Jesus IS the way, the truth, and the life, NO ONE enters into heaven except through him.
(13) For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
(14) And no wonder, for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light.
(15) Therefore it is not a great thing if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds. 2nd Corinthians 11:13-15 LEB
False Leaders are clothed with false piety, and with new false revelation that produces a false faith, which end in a fatal fate. They camouflage themselves with enough biblical truth to dispel any discernment and then infiltrate and indoctrinate with deception to gain allegiance which leads to destruction. Quicksand is Camouflaged if one is not wary of it in the wild they are snared by its deception, false leaders are the quicksand in the world looking to snare unwary prey so they can swallow up all its abundance.
Brethren Jesus warned us of deceitful workers who would come disguised in sheep’s clothing but were grievous wolves ready to devour us. Don’t get caught in quicksand its harder to get out of it than into it.
