AIN’T GRACE AWESOME!
I’m glad that once a Christian, whether they be laity or leadership, realize that they have fallen into sin, and repent wholeheartedly of it, Jesus is there with open arms to receive them, forgive them, and restore them. That’s how big his grace is, people may not be as gracious, but I am sure glad my God is.
(1) My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 1st John 2:1 KJV
(9) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1st John 1:9 KJV
That means he cleanses us of every ; injustice ,wrongfulness (of character, life or act): - iniquity, unjust, unrighteousness, wrong, then restores us just as if it did not happen. Restoration is a process that can be instant or over time. That’s were the body of Christ whom are spiritual come into service.
(1) Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Galatians 6:1 KJV
There are those who won’t restore a truly repentant Christian who has strayed, while they want all the love, mercy, and grace of God that he has to give them. Everyone stumbles to one degree or another. There are only a few instances that grace is not extended to those whom have fallen away. If they renounce God for another religion, if they are hardcore brazen sinners who cannot truly repent wholeheartedly, or if they soberly and knowingly blasphemy the Holy Spirit.
WE CAN OVERCOME THROUGH THE POWER OF GOD
(12) Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
(13) There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1st Corinthians 10:12-13 KJV
Everyone else whether laity or leadership can be totally restored to their relationship, status, and calling. Don’t let any slick talking person, preacher, or demon convince you otherwise. Brethren keep the Faith by being a part of the restoration of those whom have stray from God and feel they cannot be restored, by extending the gifts of exhortation, edification, and comfort by your grace filled love and biblically correct spiritual counsel. This has been a Faith Fact from a Faith Perspective.
Shalom & Agape!
