Hi everyone. I met Les on another forum some time ago. This place looked so interesting that I thought I might add my two cents worth.
Anyway, about me - bear with me as I hope to only say this once. I am a retired power engineer who is passionate about being a Young Earth Creationist. I frequently get discussions or lectures going on the subject. I also teach Sunday School to grades 5-8 in our small village church. Other interests include woodworking and gardening when time permits.
As far as the "gator" handle is concerned, that came about about a bajillion years ago [evilutionary time of course] when I was having a conversation with someone and he said "There are only two things that don't evolve - left wingers and gators!" Well, I never could see myself as a left winger so that has been my nick ever since.
Looking forward to jumping in now and then when time permits.

I have not been very actively posting here during the summer Les but I have spent a lot of time watching Max Lucado's friend Steve Armstrong and his four part series on the end times.
Great stuff. Thanks for keeping this site open.

Thanks for keeping this site open. gator I wanted to see that but can't find where the series is hosted. Would it be OK if you could share where you have seen it from. I am currently sharing the Daniel series by max with my wife and she is really enjoying that!

This could be embarrassing - or not. I've been seventeen different kinds of busy lately but I thought I got that link from you. Apparently not. Here's the link.

It seemed like a million [ or was it a billion? ] years ago now but I did say that I was going to be back after the snow fell. Well, it fell and I still didn't come back. About that time, my computer decided to go on strike and it just plain old QUIT!!!! I couldn't even log on or anything. Off to the shop it went. When I did get it back, they had done a housecleaning on it but many of my addys had gone missing, including this one. I am just now getting back to what I might call "normal" - or at least what is considered as normal is in the world of computers. So hopefully, I will be able to get back a little more often now that the computer is alive. gator
