Acts 9:7-9 King James Version (KJV)
7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.
9 And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.
Acts 9:7-9 Expanded Bible (EXB)
7 The •people [men] traveling with Saul stood there •but said nothing [speechless; or unable to speak]. They heard the voice, but they saw no one. 8 Saul got up from the ground and opened his eyes, but he could not see. So those with Saul took his hand and led him into Damascus. 9 For three days Saul could not see and did not eat or drink.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
7 They didn’t see what Paul did because they were only meant to know at this point Paul started following Jesus, this was only meant to bring Paul into faith in Jesus but Paul I believe would later lead these men to Jesus because of his change on this road.
8 Paul was now blind he couldn’t see, when we come into contact with Jesus we are changed Paul’s blindness would be temporary but him changing by walking after Jesus would be permanent.
9 So Paul maybe fasting as a result of being blind but scripture does not say he fasted just says he went without food as though he just didn’t eat because he was blind.
