Acts 9:36-37 King James Version (KJV)
36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.
37 And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.

Dorcas Restored to Life
36 At Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did. 37 But it happened in those days that she became sick and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
36 To be known by doing works and charitable needs nothing is better then having a good name that brings glory to our Lord. We need to do our best to represent our Lord.
37 Sickness sometimes leads to death and that’s what happened here. The upper room was the same place the Holy Spirit came, it was a special place.
