Numbers 22:20-21 King James Version (KJV)
20 And God came unto Balaam at night, and said unto him, If the men come to call thee, rise up, and go with them; but yet the word which I shall say unto thee, that shalt thou do.
21 And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
Numbers 22:20-21 International Standard Version (ISV)
20 God came to visit Balaam that same night and told him, “If the men come to call on you, get up and go with them, but be sure to do only what I tell you to do.” 21 The next morning, Balaam got up, saddled his donkey, and started to leave, accompanied by the Moabite officials.

20 God grants Balaam to go but under His authority. God is changing for Balaam but trying to show His authority to Balaam. The men wanted to hurt the people of who Balaam had to listen to. Often times the way the world does things doesn’t make any sense.
21 So the next day he made ready to leave. As he went he needed to listen to the Lord. As we go are we prone to listen to the Lord? As we go do we do things our way and hope that it is the Lord’s will? Do we do like Balaam and keep asking and hoping that it was the Lord’s will?
