Short and simple..
How do you stay in communion with God and fill yourself with the Holy Spirit throughout the day?
Myself---
One thing that works for me it to make sure I am not filled up with the world and its messages. I am MUCH more careful than I used to be about what I watch on TV, read, listen to from others, or yes, even think about. It makes a huge difference in my day. Especially what I think about.
Christians are filled with the Holy Spirit from the moment of their salvation, so I don't have to "fill myself", however .... we do have to submit ourselves to the Holy Spirit's leadership. When we don't - that's when we grieve the Holy Spirit.
