Embrace it!
(28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
So many times we are in a mold of wonderment concerning the events of our personal lives and the negative things which befall us. We often wonder how these things are working for our good in relation to our faith and walk with God. I remind you with the compassion of the Lord that Jesus admonished us to have faith in God. God is a God of promise and is always easily reached when we cry out to him in prayer; he promises to console us and strengthen us through even the fieriest of trials. Many times we are looking for a deliverance that will circumvent to productivity of maturing our inner man and casting our character in the form of our Christ and Savior.
Many times in the heat of the battle people tend to default to the carnal concepts of their old man only to be defeated in the long run. Can I stir up your pure faith with the reminder God has promised to provide a way of escape; he also encourages us to count it all joy when we fall into various temptations. Why? The trying of our faith develops patience and in our patience we possess our stability to withstand the onslaught of the battles and enemies of life.
Brethren; when we allow seeds of doubt grow into full blown unbelief our spirituality suffer loss; and the process is heightened and the strategy to mature us in the process is defeated. Trust in God by having faith in him and his ability to do his perfect will in our lives. Embrace the life of biblical values and be anchored in a sure place; then when the winds of adversity blow your way you will stand victorious and be better for having gone through it with the faith of God.
