ALL UNREPENTANT SINNERS WILL GO TO HELL!
Preaching on Sin is not negative or bad for the true minister of God. We are in the last days and the message of repentance is more prevalent today than ever before; it is a shame and a sham that ministers are avoiding good biblical preaching in order to gain popularity.
(17) But I beseech you, brethren, to keep a watch on those who are causing the divisions among you, and are leading others into sin, in defiance of the instruction which you have received; and habitually to shun them.
(18) For men of that stamp are not bondservants of Christ our Lord, but are slaves to their own appetites; and by their plausible words and their flattery they utterly deceive the minds of the simple.
(19) Your fidelity to the truth is everywhere known. I rejoice over you, therefore, but I wish you to be wise as to what is good, and simple-minded as to what is evil. Romans 16:17-19
(11) And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
(12) For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
(13) But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Ephesians 5:11-13
(19) Don’t receive an accusation against an elder, except at the word of two or three witnesses.
(20) Those who sin, reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear. 1st Timothy 5:19-20
There is scripture which can be used to argue both points of the debate; yet I believe that when it comes to leading the flock of God astray it is incumbent upon spiritual leaders to expose those who for the intent and purpose of revealing the truth. As ministers one’s first allegiance should be to God and his truth. Within the context of that allegiance those leaders will value the eternal salvation of the gullible who are duped by the strategies of false spiritual leaders. Unfortunately the children of men cannot agree upon every point of scripture to the detriment of the gospel and the church. However in-house debates over doctrinal issues can be done within the confines of the church which do not involve sin. There are many derived doctrines which may not represent the New Testament which are more opinion than scriptural. Yet holding those views are not enough within themselves to damn or condemn one to hell. But this new age prosperity message which is being preached in pulpits on and off television is apostasies which lead the gullible to materialism and ultimately another gospel in the process which takes the focus off of eternity and the great commission to thinking and believing that gain is godliness. This then opens the door to a cross-less Christianity that no longer demands a crucified life; but to the contrary a life that demands of God a blessing for a blessing, an offering for an offering, and a multiplied return on every good deed or abundant giving. Yes we serve a God of abundance; yet the focus is to become more like Christ who emptied himself of all his glory above to identify with the poor in spirit and who left his carpentry business and family to do the will of the Father. It amazes me when one defends the morally corrupt prosperity preachers who are no more than wolves in sheep’s clothing who come to devour the flock of God. I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live; yet not I; but the life I now live I live by the faith of the Son of God who gave his life for me. >{{{{{{{*>
