FEAR NOT
“For He shall give His angels charge over You, to keep You in all Your ways “. Psalms 91:11 MKJV
Whether we realize it or not, God is ever present. He is always in silent observation of our every word or action, and even knows the thoughts we are thinking. We should always be mindful and thankful the Lord takes such interest in the crown of his creation, not just when we want to gravitate toward him in praise & worship, or when some traumatic ordeal has befallen us. But we should remember that he loves us to love him with a love that allows him to be the center of our mind, will, and emotions.
We can develop unconsciously a mentality of dependency upon the tangible things of this life or in other words a person, an employer, an agency, a government, or a ministry. When our total dependency should be upon the ability of our supernatural God who is also called Jehovah Jireh, the Lord of Provision. If our dependence is upon any other source other than our divine provider who manifests that provision, it is because we fear he will fail us and we take matters into our own hands and more often than not end up suffering the consequences of that fear.
However, I want to make it clear that God uses people, employers, agencies, governments, and ministries to meet our needs concerning provision in the tangible realm of physical need, these are some of the avenues which he can influence with divine favor. Therefore our first priority is to put our whole being into our confidence in the providence of our LORD.
(5) Let your way of life be without the love of money, and be content with such things as you have, for He has said, "Not at all will I leave you, not at all will I forsake you, never!"
(6) so that we may boldly say, "The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do to me."
(7) Remember those leading you, who have spoken to you the Word of God, whose faith follow, considering the end of their conduct: Hebrews 13:5-7 MKJV
Our lifestyle should match our confession, if that confession is “ THE LORD IS MY HELPER”. We are saying the Lord is my security, my aid, my deliverer, my healer, my all in all. When we trust in the Lord and walk upright he will not withhold any thing which is part of his purposes for the fulfillment of the particular plans he has for our lives. He is our resource for the sources of our life. Because everything which happens in life is fitting into a plan that is designed to allow God to perfect us into the image and likeness of Messiah more and more until the day we take our final earthly breath or are caught up into the air to be forever with the Lord. For to live is Christ and to die is gain, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
(26) Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
(27) And He searching the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
(28) And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
(29) For whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers. Romans 8:26-29 MKJV
There will always be trying times, times of trouble, times of turbulence, and times of tribulation but do not allow those times to overtake you, turn to the Lord whom will lift you up and take you through it to the other side.
(3) When I am afraid I will trust in You.
(4) In God I will praise His Word; in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do to me. Psalms 56:3-4 MKJV
Brethren keep the faith today by keeping your trust in the God who loves you with an everlasting love, who is able to secure you through the good and the bad times. For he is the faith that sustains us.
