Acts 12:18-19 King James Version (KJV) 18 Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers, what was become of Peter.
19 And when Herod had sought for him, and found him not, he examined the keepers, and commanded that they should be put to death. And he went down from Judaea to Caesarea, and there abode.
Acts 12:18-19 New King James Version (NKJV)
18 Then, as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers about what had become of Peter. 19 But when Herod had searched for him and not found him, he examined the guards and commanded that they should be put to death.
And he went down from Judea to Caesarea, and stayed there.

18 God allowed a miracle to shake up things. We as Christians are to be apart of Him shaking up and changing the world.
19 These guards could also been seen as dying for the faith if this event first brought them to faith in Jesus, them having witnessed it was their chance to come to their faith in Jesus and if they did Herod just allowed them to go home, what he did was common, guards were killed if any escaped jail.
