O How Great the Divide


Godly understanding is a virtue when rightly applied to our lives. Today the world and Christianity has never been more divided. What God says is good the world says is evil. I haven’t always lived for God; yet even when I was a sinner I knew much of what was right and wrong. Brethren; God is always right and the rebellious people of the world are always wrong. They live a life of contradictions and situational ethics. I read about them in the word of God today! There is a clear distinction between the children of God and the children of the world.
God has appointed me to warn the wicked and the hypocrites and to call sin; sin! He put it in my heart to declare his righteousness and that repentance is the way of salvation; we must turn from sin to Jesus and believe the gospel and then apply it to our lives. The bible teaches us that we cannot live any way that we choose and gives us a list which declares if we practice these sins we shall not enter into heaven. In my time I’ve watched the decline of holiness in the churches; little by little the world has crept into our services to point that now you have worldly looking dancers scantily dressed on the podiums of our churches looking and acting just like the world. It’s disgraceful that a pastor would allow a woman or a man upon the pulpit who is virtually naked; because their apparel is so revealing.
I don’t understand how pastors today celebrate the wickedness of evident evil unholy days; it’s amazingly antichrist in nature; but allowed with much celebration! Christianity today was foretold through the scriptures and that few would cling to biblical truths! Yet; there is a remnant in the world that has not bowed to Baal and holds to biblical principles, precepts, and protocols. There are those who will have the recompense of their own actions fall upon them because they have already fallen away.
Church we have given our children to the care of the secularist and they have indoctrinated them with secular philosophies and atheistic values and they have come into the world as rebellious children demanding a utopia that will never be. We can plainly see that many even within the church are susceptible to lies which brings them into a place of strong delusion because the love not the truth in righteousness. We are on the brink of eternity as the timeline of the church age is beginning to fade away to the time of great tribulation. The great divide we see in the political realm is primarily between conservatism and sovereign nationalism verses socialism and one world-ism. The world at large is ready for the son of perdition who deceives the whole to come upon the stage when calamities, economical collapses, endless civil unrest, and wars continue to devastate its populations.
The existential growth of cults within Christianity is another sign of the end times with many cult leaders who are esteemed as if they’re gods claiming their message and methods come from God; but in reality it is about their bottom line of profit. They are salesmen for themselves and their doctrines come from demons! They will tickle your ears to calm your fears and tell you everything is alright when in reality it is all wrong. O how great the divide!
There is only one truth to live our lives by; biblical truth in context and not subjective misinterpretations! The reality of miscomprehension in the body of Christ today is phenomenal when you think about the different denominations which have their particular bylaws and doctrines of the faith which differ dramatically and often err from biblical Christianity. So; you may ask! How does one arrive at the place of biblical theology which mandates our lives through God’s divine directives? First; we must become like the Berea Christian; question preaching and teaching by studying the bible to see if what is said lines up with the scriptures. There are many great orators who espouse sermons which are moving and motivating; yet at the base they’re no more than spiritualize secularism. Our foundation are the scriptures of the Old Testament which the precursor for the New Testament which has all we need to live a life of godliness here in this dispensation.
Heresy is often the product of apostasy! Most heretics were once true believing founded and grounded Christians who received a heretical teaching and little by little got off the beaten path of biblical truth and now are full blown heretics that more times than not; cannot be pulled back into biblical reality. Heretics divide the church because; now they’re sold out to their new demonic doctrines! Brethren it is the cults that are showing up at the door with their demon laced tracts and magazines proselyting true Christians into their apostasy by door to door evangelizing. What they pitch is the skin of truth wrapped around heresies that damn to soul to hell. O how great the divide!
Jesus warned us even as early as the first century church to beware of false prophets who come in sheep’s clothing to devour the sheep. The apostles warned of those who would make the people of God their merchandise to the benefit of lining their pockets with our money and material things. Jesus was angered at the money changers on temple grounds that made a profit from selling temple coins to offer up to the Lord; he made a cat of nine tails and ran rampant through the court and overturned tables mixing up the money and bringing correction to their lustful and greedy realities. O what a friend we have in Jesus; who cares enough to correct us until his has to reject us. Brethren many people in the church seem to believe that harsh corrective sermons are just meant for godless sinners; no brethren the bible and its guidance whether it is pronouncing a blessing, a prophecy, a truth, instruction, or correction is all written to the born again believer. O how great the divide!
Brethren let me encourage you to read the bible and study its truths for yourself. They will certainly enhance your spiritual intellect and broaden your spiritual discernment. You will find yourself praying and asking God to enlighten the eyes of your understanding. When we increase our bible quotas we increase our spiritual context concerning the awareness of the times in which we are living. When we study to show ourselves approved unto God we will for sure rightly understand the word of God as it is given with no private interpretation. Amen
