A Word from brother Ray!
Today I pray you are doing well today; trusting that the Lord is taking care of you!
Today I am in the meditation of the things of the only true God Yahweh! I don’t like it when we abandon him and put our trust in the arm of flesh or in other words the might of men. Faith is the mingling of trust, confidence, and loyalty; and it is supposed to be vested in God not humanity. Yahweh, Yeshua Ha-Mashiach, and Ruah Ha-Kodesh the awesome Elohim of Holy Writ! I believe in the Holy Father, Jesus the Messiah, and the Holy Spirit.
Yahweh refers to "the self-existent, eternal God" the name God revealed to Moses: And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And He said, 'Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you' (Exodus 3:14).
Yahweh can also mean “He brings into existence whatever exists” as some linguistic scholars have translated the four letters of the Name of God. Yahweh: the name of our God, is represented in Hebrew by the (Tetragrammaton) ("four letters") יהוה (Yod Heh Vav Heh). Let me inject this grammatical fact; what we now know as the letter J has no transliteration in the Hebrew for our English language; and the original first letter in the Name of God is transliterated as Y. The Hebrews thought the Name of God was so sacred and holy they would not pronounce the full name and hence we have the four letters which is usually translated as LORD and or Adonai if one is Jewish.
Our God did not come into existence he has always existed; he has no beginning and he has no end. He is Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent. Yet He has created spiritual beings called angels before he created the heavens and the earth and man in his image.
There are angels of which a third of them rebelled against him; led by the angel Lucifer which means a bright luminary in the sky; which are now demons which are evil spirits which are dedicated to the destruction of mankind as we know it. But to which two thirds of those angels are still loyal and serving our God and are his ministers to mankind in various ways according to the will and purposes of God.
Let me say this to you; if God is a Spirit and those who worship him must worship him in Spirit and in Truth; doesn’t that mean that spiritual life is first and foremost and essentially all true life the truth of life is about? So, when we hear Jesus say “Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness” isn’t that the most important mandate in life after our rebirth? How do we know what that is? We pray until we know in our heart of hearts that we’ve heard the perfect will of God; then we do our part to bring it to fruition. God has a provision in the baptism of the Holy Spirit so that we are able to hear his voice in the midst of all the different experiences that try to inhabit our progress. Yet, one must be steady and consistent; even when failing and falling we must learn to get up again and start the process again.
The word of God is our standard and regardless of what the so-called religious people declare; the word is a book of precepts to be kept, principles to be practiced, and protocols to be utilized. The bible clearly teaches that when our conduct condemns the character of Christ that we are blaspheming the name of God. The bible clearly teaches that we are his workmanship created unto good works to walk in them; this gives glory to God. It clearly teaches that there are offices designated in the body of Christ for the purpose of edifying and ministering these precepts, principles, and protocols to the church which is the body of Christ.
So many today are living spiritually cavalier lifestyles which remotely look like a lifestyle of Christianity which the word Christian means to be Christ like. In fact many believe they now have a license to sin instead the power to abstain from it. We are witnessing the list of apostate actions of the book of second Timothy chapter three verses one through nine of which we are instructed to avoid them because of their pollution of denying the power of God to transform them; because evil men and imposters will in fact go from bad to worse continuing to deceive and be deceived because of the blindness of their sins.
Brethren God has given us four things to empower us after our rebirth; the Name, the Word, the Blood, and the Spirit. The Name is used in prayer to heal and seal; the Word transforms us by the renewing of our minds; the Blood is always available to apply when we’ve fallen; and the Spirit enforces us when we decide to stand on holy ground when the battles of life come to try us. God designed the structure of our spiritual life in such a way that when we keep his word tucked in our hearts; he will bring to remembrance those things which are needed to secure our victories in Christ.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (John 1:12 KJV)
The Name of God is powerful and should never be used in irreverent way; it is given to us to use as a covenant between us and the LORD. Let us never blaspheme God’s Name through willful sin; because his Name is Holy and when we Worship Him we call upon Him in the Name of Jesus; thus we pray: Father we come before you in the Spirit and in the Name of Jesus to enter into your presence with praise and thanksgiving for the mighty things you have done. Amen!
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
